This clear, unpretentious guide from Patricia M. Angus, Esq. is written for the individual who finds him/herself in a position of being a beneficiary of a trust before even knowing what a trust is. How refreshing it is to read a book about a legal document, written by an attorney, for the layman. Aaaah!
Angus (full disclosure, she’s a dear friend of mine) helps beneficiaries of trusts through the legal, personal, and professional nuances of their position without the intimidating legal lexicon one so often must endure. Just like her last book, The Trustee Primer (see review here), I will be giving copies of this book out liberally, to all for whom it applies.
I highly recommend it!
